Entering the race: Enter online before Wednesday 25 October 2018. On the day entries, if available, will be subject to an additional surcharge. You'll receive pre-race communications two weeks before the race and in the week commencing 23 October.
Getting your race pack: Race packs are not posted to addresses for this event. All race packs should be collected at the race village from 8am on race day.
Parking: Free race day parking is provided at Rugby Town Football Club, Butlin Road, Rugby CV21 3SD. The car park will open at 7.30am and close at 1.30pm. It is five minutes walk to Hart Field. Please do not park on nearby residential streets.
At the race: Toilets and bag drop will be at Hart Field. Once you have collected your race pack, attach your number to the front of the shirt you will run in with safety pins provided, and use the tear of strip on your race number to attach to any belongings you want to leave in the bag drop. There are no dedicated changing facilities at Hart Field, so please arrive ready to run wherever possible. The family fun run starts at 9.15am, shortly before the main race and stays within Hart Field. Medals are awarded to all fun run finishers!
After the race: Collect your medal and finishers' goody bag as soon as you've crossed the finish line. You'll be able to take a print out of your chip timed race result from the race timing gazebo. Prizes will be awarded on race day wherever possible. Full results will be sent to all finishers later on race day with a link to view photographs.
