Antiques for Everyone (AfE), the UK’s largest vetted antiques & interiors fair outside London, is to stage its Spring Fair on 6 – 9 April.
These include colourful ceramics, sparkling glass, glittering silver, fabulous fine art and exquisite jewellery and art deco pieces.
Fair Director Mary Claire Boyd said: “With its rich diversity of pieces with varying price points to suit all pockets, Antiques for Everyone always surprises and delights.
“It’s a very friendly and approachable fair, offering visitors the chance to engage with and buy from knowledgable, specialist exhibitors who provide a dazzling array of highly desirable items.
“For the upcoming Spring Fair we are also delighted to welcome the English Ceramic Circle, the oldest society dedicated to the study of British ceramics and enamels, which will present the latest in our popular series of special exhibitions.”
The English Ceramic Circle, the oldest society dedicated to the study of British ceramics and enamels, will be present a special exhibition featuring a display of diverse ceramics from their collection.
Items will include including a previously unrecorded, 56 cm high vase, the largest ever made by the Worcester Flight & Barr factory c 1820, and signed by one of their foremost artists, Samuel Astles. The ECC will also give talks at the Fair on unusual ceramics.
Celebrity speakers: Judith Miller and Will Farmer, the BBC Antiques Roadshow experts, will also share their top tips on what’s hot and how to get started in collecting.
