Chris de Burgh: Christopher John Davidson (61) is Argentinean born yet an Irish/British singer-songwriter of huge worldwide success.
Perhaps most famed for his 'Lady in Red' single of 1986 and his Christmas single 'A Spaceman Came Travelling' he plays piano and guitar to many a romantic lyric! His career began in 1974 when supporting Super Tramp on their 'Crime of the Century' tour.
From a wealthy background (he lived in a castle!) his debut Album 'Far Beyond these Castle Walls' saw the beginning of his solo success.
Chris de Burgh's daughter famously became Miss World in 2003, a fact of which he is very proud, as he is also of his 17 studio albums to date.
Autumn 2010 will bring the latest release 'Moonfleet and Other Stories'.
