Eels: American group EELS are famed for their indie-rock sound which has been very popular on movie soundtracks.

Films such as American Beauty, Shreks 1-3, Scream 2, Road Trip, Hot Fuzz and Hell Boy 2 all feature EELS' tracks.

Band members include Koool G Murder, The Chet, Knuckles and P-Boo.

The band have produced 9 albums since formation in 1996, their latest being 'Tomorrow Morning' (2010).

EELS: Eels will be performing a live concert at O2 Academy Birmingham venue in Birmingham, West Midlands on 26 Aug 10.
