Young leaders are the next generation of future chief executives and directors of housing associations. While some may be young, it is not really about age and there is no upper or lower age limit, so all are welcome. It’s about aspiration, ambition and appetite for a challenge. We are asking housing leaders and HR teams to examine their talent pools and identify who they think their future leaders are.
