Yoga and Meditation: Feeling stressed? Back Problems? High Blood Pressure? Need Some Peace and Quiet?
Book a course of 6 Yoga classes with Michele 'Yoga Doctor' Dornan and notice the difference to your life.
You can expect to improve your 'core stability' which will help with back problems and posture. Learn the mechanics of breathing and learn how to control your breath. Experience the tranquility found in meditation.
In each class you will practise some breathing exercises which can help with headaches and ,migrane. Practise three styles of yoga, Hatha, Sivinanda and Ashtanga. Carefully woven together into a smooth flow of movement, which will increase your flexiblity and improve strength yet gentle on your joints.
As we finish the class find peace and stillness deep within yourself when you practise, a guided visual relaxation, a meditation or Yoga Nidra which will take you into a deep physic sleep.
Mats are provided free of charge for the first six weeks. Yoga equipment and medication/relaxation cds are available for your purchase to continue your practise at home.
