Yoga and Meditation: Need to chill out and relax?

Join our Yoga Class for six weeks and notice the difference.

A recent study has shown that Yoga can boost mind and body as much as jogging. People who practise yoga are found to have higher levels of a chemical GABA which is found in the brain. GABA is associated with depression and other anxiety disorders and when levels are raised it helps to increase the feeling of wellbeing and helps to relax the mind.

You will also prevent or improve back and spine problems, improve your 'Core Stability' , build muscle strength and flexibility. Yoga will also help maintain good joint movement and can be practised by thoes who suffer from arthritis.

The class is taught by Michele 'Yoga Doctor' Dornan who has over 30 years experience of yoga and has been taught by some of the best teachers in the UK, Sri Lanka and Nepal.

Beginners and Experienced Yoga Students are all welcome.

Booking is essential

Mats are provided free of charge for the first six weeks and yoga equipment, meditation, relaxation cds are available to purchase.
