Amongst the women are a French spy who saved lives by gathering intelligence for the British, the devoted pair of nurses who lived in a bombed out cellar on the Front Line and the inventor whose designs were used in the trenches of the Western Front. Join in with a marching song written about the army of women workers and share the story of the women footballers who kept the sport alive during the war years.
Doors open at 7pm and music begins at 7.30pm. There will be a cash bar serving cold alcoholic and soft drinks. There is parking available on site.
