DELTA NOVEMBER TWO DEAD MENS BOOTS REVIVAL CHRISTIAN JACKSON SCOTT WAINWRIGHT AIN'T NOTHING BUT ROB, PETE & MICK JAMES TAPLIN & MICK
3.00 - 3.30 DELTA NOVEMBER TWO & TOM MYERSCOUGH Doncaster based female duo telling a story in song. Performing an ever expanding catalogue of original music and a wide variety of covers, these two ladies will be sure to light up any room. Formerly known as Daffodil Day, Julie and Charlotte have come together to create and cover songs that aim to entice a variety of listeners.3.40 - 4.10 DEAD MENS BOOTS REVIVAL The first time I met Bluesy Steve was at Open Mic at Cask Corner at that time he performed with his friend Richard Workhouse Woolwrich as Dead Mens Boots, some people called them a room emptier, I found them electric and could see the potential. Years later Bluesy performs solo and in his band The Mutton Hawks, Richard solo and with his partner Becky in Black Fingernail. Today they are back together showing us the progression that Dead Mens Boots has made.
4.20 - 5.20 Christian Adam Jackson Christian was the front man to Lord Snooty & the Aristocats, he is now solo and a seriously good harpist and great singer songwriter.
5.30 - 6.30 SCOTT WAINWRIGHT Barnsley based blues dude Scott Wainwright sings, plays acoustic guitar, harmonica and stomps his foot, creating a rambunctious sound. The music can be described as 'Goodtime Blues with a touch of hokum'
6.40 - 7.40 AIN'T NOTHING BUT An Acoustic Blues duo from Doncaster South Yorkshire. Mr Paul Keeton on Guitar and vocals and Mr Nick Troth on Harmonica and vocal
7.50 - 8.50 BOB, PETE & MICK Three members of the great band 13 Women performing their great music acousticly.
9.00 - 10.00 JAMES TAPLIN & MICK HOLMES James Taplin walks on stage and everybody listens, his powerful voice can melt the heart and rock a room, he's not called "The Voice" for nothing. James is going places, with gigs up and down the country this year we will see him soar, watch out world James Taplin is here. Lionman, Late, Loud and Laudible James Taplin is The Voice of today.
Mick Holmes, the harmonica whore, plays from the very depths of his soul, he doesn't play the harminica, he is the harmonica, he can play so soft he can melt your heart or belt it out and have your foot tapping and hips swaying to his melodies, I've seen a room mesmorised by him as he plays solo, he raises the roof and your spirits.
