This may well become known as the ter-Ribble as it is 38.9 miles long and climbs over 4,000 cumulative feet. The route heads east out of Threshfield, passing Malham Tarn before descending into Langcliffe and Settle. It then turns back up Stockdale lane, passes Malham Tarn in the other direction and then left along the path known as Hawkswick Clowder. On reaching Hawkswick there is then a road section to Conistone and then the final two hills before descending the Hebden Ghyll and back to the start point.
