The Wonderful World of Wellbeing is the first event of its kind to provide a ‘centre of wellbeing’ under one roof

Our wellbeing providers assist thousands of professionals day in day out in wellbeing activities for the mind & body which then supports their clients being better aligned 'mentally physically and emotionally' when making business decisions and evoking ease and flow during their everyday running of their own, what can be demanding business.

Wonderful World of Wellbeing 2017

Our specially selected venue is the Mercure Parkway Hotel. Otley Road. North Leeds. LS16 8AG

Who is the event for: Anyone who wants to inspire their life with increased wellbeing or just take time out for busy lives to indulge the senses, relax and rejuvenate their mind, body and spirit.

What’s going on: Visitors can learn from wellbeing providers in the wellbeing arena, tke in a therapy, book a follow up consultation & choose your preferred wellbeing providers all under one roof. Enjoy refreshments and relaxation time.

Wellbeing Arena
Spend time learning & connecting with, over 50 carefully selected, single category, wellbeing providers identifying how you can invigorate your wellbeing journey. Meet new friends, decide which wellbeing provider is your next 'hit' over a coffee or freshly made juice at one of our cafes, or indulge yourself with a wellbeing treatment.

Speaker Corner
Indulge the mind through an exciting line up of wellbeing speakers who will be sharing new ideas and practical help for incorporating wellbeing into our lives and how we can utilise that to support our goals and aspirations.

Alive & Kicking experiences
Invigorate the body by trying out a wellbeing experience. We’ve got a great selection of opportunities throughout the weekend including Pilates, Sound Therpy and many more

Mindfulness Suite
Ceremony, Rituals & Mindfulness Gardens
Revitalise the spirit in our beautiful and inspirational mindfulness suite which will consist of mindfulness gardens that are being designed and built for the festival

VIP VISITOR One Day Package: Includes access to the wellbeing arena; workshops of your choice from Speakers corner & Alive & Kicking). Unlimited access to the mindfulness gardens.
As a VIP, you have access to arrive up to 1 hour before everyone else. Collect your goody bag on our designated reception desk on the east side of the hotel. Have morning coffee & juices while you take a look at whats in your goody bag and plan you day in the wellbeing Arena. You have your own VIP area, refreshments, Fresh Tea, Coffee & Juice throughout the day, lunch, refreshments.

Upgrade To A Retreat: A retreat package of one or two nights are available to enhance your experience of the festival which will include hotel accommodation and added wellbeing extras, food and drink, relaxation time in the hotel & leisure facilities. I believe strongly that everyone should incorporate the concept of ‘going on retreat’ into their everyday lives and experience the healing that comes from it.
