WHAT IS DIRTY HERO?
We all know heroes go above and beyond to help other people, to complete Dirty Hero you’ll need to call on these qualities, not only to get yourself around the course but to help others around you complete the challenge as well.
At Newburgh Priory, located in Coxwold, North Yorkshire the Dirty Hero course is blessed with a whole variety of stunning landscapes, varying terrain and multiple opportunities to get extremely wet and muddy whilst testing your true inner strength and hero status.
With many acres of land to go at you can be sure of a fantastic experience as you take on the challenge of the Dirty Hero.

Dirty Hero is very much based on camaraderie and will certainly require elements of teamwork at some of the obstacles. Teamwork as we see it is helping people around you, a simple leg up over one of the higher walls, a helping hand to get a fellow hero out of the mud pit or even words of encouragement to somebody near you who is contemplating jumping into ice cold water or leaping from a platform.
It doesn’t matter if you enter as an individual or as part of a team, at Dirty Hero we are all one big team, all united with one goal in mind, pulling together to overcome the amazing challenges laid out around the course. Yes, for sure you will be tested and pushed out of your comfort zone, but consider the satisfaction of conquering those challenges of overcoming your doubts and achieving something that truly is worthy of Hero status.
