With over 25 (mostly FREE) events in one day in the fabulous market town of Settle, profiling the best of the arts and community groups in Settle and across Craven.
ADULTS: Discover one of comedy’s fastest rising stars, Sofie Hagan, as heard/seen on BBC Two, BBC Radio 1 & 4. Don’t miss the premier of her new show in Settle! After you’ve been laughing in the isles, come and dance in them with the Fox Trot Ceilidh Band. There’s also a chance to try out free meditation or be prescribed a poemcetomal from our Emergency Poet in a vintage 1970’s ambulance.
FAMILIES: There’s plenty to get involved with. Travel to Sierra Leone with two of Africa’s best storytellers. Don’t miss our Story Walk with our wandering bard. Try out Tai Chi and hear stories of Flying Fairies and Whirling Witches.
Take part, meet new people and celebrate! Settle Stories believes a stronger, better connected community is a happier one. How could anyone disagree with that?
