Bootleg Beatles: One of the most successful tribute bands in the world, the Bootleg Beatles have been playing together since 1980 and have performed over 4,000 times.

Hugo Degenhardt, Neil Harrison, Andre Barreau and David Catlin-Birch form the Bootleg line-up and began performing together at small student venues in Devon.

The band was soon promoted to larger venues and audiences across the world including the Soviet Union, Israel, India, the Middle East and the USA.

Their 1990 tour of the UK saw both an increase in popularity and fan base.

They supported Oasis at Earls Court which further heightened credibility with the Britpop audience of the early 1990s.

In 2002 the Bootleg Beatles performed for Queen Elizabeth II at her Golden Jubilee party at Buckingham Palace.
