Ghost Hunts/Paranormal Events: Situated in the very centre, the Golden Fleece is Yorks Most Haunted pub, thus one of the Englands most haunted sites. Although it appears extremely small from the outside, this historic building offers 4 rooms and the Bar areas to investigate.
Many guests have reported seeing the late Lady Peckett wandering the endless corridors and staircases in the wee, small hours and, including ghostly apparitions and moving furniture, hers is just one of the five resident spirits. Source: York Websites.
