This winter, while the outdoor Park takes a well-deserved rest, Wellington Country Park are opening the doors
This winter, the Park's reception building is being transformed into a brand-new indoor space where little ones, more suited for those up to age 5, can learn, grow and develop through playWith areas dedicated to both role play and soft play, our younger visitors can discover, create, and interact with others in a safe, warm, and welcoming environmentWith indoor play areas all designed to spark imagination and build confidence, there will also be fun crafts and creative activities tooIt's the perfect place for young minds to learn new skills while having fun in during the winter blues, so even though the Park itself is closed, why not join in for some indoor funLet your children play whilst you relax and enjoy a coffee, cake or even lunch from Cafe 1815
There are three key areas to use:
Soft play - with soft materials and equipment where babies and toddlers can create and develop life skills in a safe and fun environment,
Role play - where children can let their imagination run wild whilst learning and communicating through role play in areas such as Construction, Cafe and Vets
Creative play - where young children can explore, create, play and connect with nature, using all different tools and materials that aid sensory exploration, cognitive skills, and cooperative play
Keeping your young ones entertained is hard, especially at this time of year, so don't miss out and plan your winter days with Wellington Country Park
