Join Hampshire History Trust and the Hampshire Medieval Graffiti Project for a look at the hidden marks left behind by medieval hands.
Project coordinator Karen Wardley will share some of the most intriguing discoveries made so far. Formerly Collections Manager with Southampton City Council’s arts and heritage service and now a trustee of King John’s House and Museum in Romsey, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for uncovering the county’s overlooked heritage.
As Karen says, “This project has given me the perfect excuse to explore our county’s rich heritage and to discover intriguing ancient marks previously hidden in plain sight.”
