TV COMEDIANS COME TO ROSS-ON-WYE
Funhouse Comedy Club returns to The Corn Exchange, Ross-on-Wye on Friday March 6th for a fun-filled night of laughter
Topping the bill is dynamic New Zealander Jarred Christmas who has appeared on TV's 'Never Mind the Buzzcocks', 'Mock the Week' and '8 Out of 10 Cats' as well as 'Pot Noodle' advertsWith his confident onstage persona he takes the audience on a hilarious ride of laughs and gasps, with an edge of anger that manifests itself in his incredible rants against the small things in our livesHis childish sense of humour has never left him and his material is strong and distinctive, drawn from life experience and random happenings
Opening the night will be comedian and actress Fiona Allen who has appeared on 'Mock the Week' and in many sketch shows, including 'Smack the Pony'
Completing the line-up is winner of Funhouse's Should I Stay or Should I Go competition and semi-finalist in British Comedian of the Year, the up-and-coming Jacob Nussey who draws in audiences with his low-status, surreal, and often dark style
Compere for the night will be James Cook with his sharp tongue and dry sense of humour he previously worked as a presenter on commercial radio stations, went on air with A-ha and presented Lenny Henry with his 'Walk of Fame'
