About Tyler Hay: Praised for his virtuosity and expressive range, Tyler Hay is one of the UK’s most exciting young pianists. He began winning national awards at just 11 years old and went on to train at the Purcell School, Royal Northern College of Music, and the Royal College of Music. His concert appearances include Wigmore Hall, Cadogan Hall, and the Queen Elizabeth Hall, where he performed Ravel’s Piano Concerto for the Left Hand.
Tyler has won numerous prestigious prizes, including the Royal Over-Seas League Keyboard Competition, the Liszt Society International Piano Competition, and most recently, 1st Prize at the 2022 Dudley International Piano Competition. He has released acclaimed recordings on Brilliant Classics and Navona Records, including works by Liszt, Kalkbrenner, John Ogdon, and John Field.
