The Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts (PQA) is coming to Hitchin this September.
PQA, is a weekend performing arts Academy with over 200 Academies nationwide, providing tuition for children and young people from 4-18 years. Since 2007, PQA has given outstanding performing arts training in an environment that is friendly, safe and rewarding.
Students spend three hours with us, rotating through hour-long sessions in Comedy and Drama, Musical Theatre and Film and Television. Did you know that we are the largest provider of Film and Television training to young people in the whole of Europe? We provide a space for children and young people to express themselves, build confidence and, most importantly have fun!
Located at Fairfield Lower School, PQA Hitchin offers additional benefits and opportunities for all our students including academy cinema screenings, national PQA film festivals, RSL stage and screen awards, live performance opportunities and masterclasses led by industry experts.
Students also have the once in a lifetime opportunity to perform on a West End stage and have access to PQA's exclusive Quirky Kidz Talent Agency!
We are holding a FREE Open Day on our launch date, Saturday 30th September 9:45am – 1pm.
