Over the five weeks, you will be introduced to the basics of Tai Chi, together with an overview of the origins and history of the art. You will also make a start on the sequence of movements known as the “First Form” or “Laojia Yilu”.
All sessions will be delivered under the supervision of a professional instructor with over 25 years’ teaching experience.
