Event Information – Please Read Carefully
• The event is for adults aged 18 and over. A valid form of ID must be shown.
• Standing event with limited seating – please keep the dance floor clear for dancing.
• Music via headphones at safe levels; adults shown how to use them on entry.
• Please ensure that the headphones are returned at the end of the event.
• Failure to return the equipment may result in a charge for the full cost of the equipment.
• Parking is available free of charge but is subject to availability.
• Please note we have Parking Eye in our car park, so any guests leaving their cars must register their number plate at reception on the tablet otherwise they will be issued a ticket.
• Please note that parking at all 3 hotels is on a first come, first served basis. (Cumberland, Suncliff, Ocean Beach Hotel & Spa).
• Whichever car park they park in they need to go to that hotel reception to register their car plate.
• There is paid parking on the Clifftop (Pay By Phone; free from 8pm – 9am). Please check meter.
• Licensed bar on-site (ID may be required); no outside food/drink – snacks & drinks available (cash/card).
• We operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs.
• No refunds or cancellations; full payment due at booking.
