10:00 am - 1:00 pm: Anatomy & Physiology / Yoga Philosophy
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Lunch & Break
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Teaching Methodology & Practicum
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Evening Asana Practice
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Dinner
7:30 pm - 8:30 pm: Evening Satsang / Study / Free Time
