Looking for a job can be stressful, and finding ways to stand out from other job-seekers is often tricky. Writing a quality resume is challenging and time-consuming.You may struggle to understand the best structure or find it challenging to know your skills or how to decide what to and what not to include; this workshop will provide you with the guidance and tools you need to craft a quality CV.
A quality CV that clearly and concisely demonstrates your skills, experience and suitability will be the key to getting that next job interview!

We will explore the best structure.
How to write a personal profile.
How to know what to and what not to include.
How to speculatively approach companies.
Job search advice and where to find industry work.
Time will be allowed at the end for participant Q&A.

This event suits those working in or looking to work in the creative media industries, from students to professionals.

This event is unsuitable for Performers, for example, Actors, Presenters, and Dancers.

Emily Maguire is an international career coach and mentor with 20+ years of business management and mentoring experience and 12 years of experience as the Managing Director of the international company Reflections Talent Agency.
Based in the UK, she works worldwide with high-profile clients and has experience working with entertainment industry professionals at various stages of their careers. Using strategic insights into the entertainment industry, I will help clients develop a plan to maximise their potential and define a career roadmap to success.
