Exhibition The 4 Elements photography exhibition Location Byron House, 7-9 St James’s Street, London, SW1A 1EF Dates 25th – 29th Aug 2019 Open 10am – 3pm Daily Cost Free Public Admission
The Ancient Greeks were first to believe that all ‘matter’ was composed of just 4 elements: earth, water, air and fire. Whilst understanding has progressed since then with the discovery of the periodic table, they were long-held beliefs, going back to ancient civilisations.
The images on display in this exhibition present the original Four Elements in all their glory. They successfully convey the life sustaining powers to be found in earth, water, air and fire and the importance of these elements for life on Earth.
Please check website prior to attendance for latest information as dates may be subject to change. Disabled visitors are advised to check with us before visiting an exhibition so that suitable access can be provided. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
