Our Chefs’ Dinner at Kimpton Clocktower, Manchester takes place on Monday 9 October. We’ve assembled an award-winning culinary line-up that represent the very best of northern hospitality.
Four talented chefs: Tim Allen of 1 Michelin star sō-lō, Aughton; Danielle Heron 2023 Great British Menu finalist of Osma, Prestwich; Stosie Madi of Gastropub of the Year [by National Restaurant Awards] Parkers Arms, Ribble Valley and James Mackenzie of 1 Michelin Star Pipe and Glass, Beverley will join forces for this extra special occasion.
Guests will enjoy a cocktail and canapé reception as well as a delicious four course meal with wine throughout, whilst hearing from each of our chefs. Between the gourmet highs we’ll bring to life the crucial work Hospitality Action does day in, day out, to support hospitality people in crisis.
