NEW COMEDY NIGHT COMES TO LEICESTER
Funhouse Comedy Club, which already runs successful nights at numerous venues across the country, is excited to announce the launch of a brand new comedy night at The Old School Leicester, on Saturday June 8th
Funhouse clubs are renowned for having exceptionally friendly audiences and a brilliant atmosphere, which have led to twice winning Best Midlands Comedy Club awards with leading comedy website ChortlePrevious acts to have played its clubs on their road to the top include Sarah Millican, Joe Lycett, James Acaster and Rhod Gilbert, who described the clubs as "among the best anywhere in the world."
Topping the bill is the fantastic El Baldiniho, who recently appeared on 'Britain's Got Talent', with mind-bogglingly daft magic and likeable stage persona he mesmerizes the audience
Opening the night will be writer, actor and comedian Justin Moorhouse who has appeared on TV in Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow, Live at the Apollo, Coronation Street and Phoenix NightsWith his easy-going and charming persona he entertains the crowd, relating his tales and clever observations and has them hanging on to his every word
Completing the line-up is the engagingly affable Steve Day, who has been supporting Gary Delaney on tourDescribing himself as Britain's only deaf comedian, his real-life observations are funny, frank and thought-provokingHis unassuming charm and natural wit keeps everyone totally absorbed and wanting for more
