Nigel Barker presents a history of the local coach company that has been in his family for over a century
The history of Mablethorpe's Grayscroft Coaches, that has recently celebrated 100 years of local service. First established in 1924 by Charles Barker, when he bought a Model T Ford lorry and began running local bus services. His grandson Nigel is now director of the company that has always remained run by the family. Well know for transporting generations of local children to school, as well as excursions providing trips all over he country, Grayscroft is an iconic Mablethorpe institution.Doors open at 7pm when the bar will be open, snacks are available, soup and roll for £3.50. The talk starts at 7.30pm
