A family fun dog show with entertainment for all ages. 14 fun classes including Best in Show, with prizes to be had in all classes.
Join us at Winterton Hound Ground, Edward Road, Winterton NR29 4BX, on Saturday 9th August, 10am - 6pm, for a family fun dog show with emphasis on 'FUN' in support of Guide Dogs for the Blind. We have 13 fun classes to choose from: Musical Pawtues (Statues) Best Ball Catcher Sloppiest Kisser Waggiest Tail Strike a Pose (Best Photographic Paws) Fancy Dress Best Baby Paws (max 12 mths) Best Inbetweenie Paws (2 - 8 yrs) Best Tiny Paws (any age, just tiny) Best Old Gal (9+ yrs) Best Old Timer (9+ yrs) And so the Hoomans can be involved: Best Pawfect Family Best Trainee Handler (max age 12 yrs) In addition, there will be a separate 'Fastest Recall' competition to be held intermittently throughout the day. There will be activities and Crazy Corin entertaining the young, a display of Vintage Military Vehicles for the not so young and over 30 stalls ranging from traditional, fun and absolutely daft with Cakes and Catering by Lauren Jade, Silvios Pizza, JPs Street Food and Mel's Licenced Bar taking care of all food and watering requirements. This event is free to enter with free on-site parking and the toilets are free! Fun dog show classes commence at 11:30 with a £2 entry fee per dog per class. All winners from the 13 classes are automatically entered into the Best in Show. There are some great prizes to be won in all classes with rosettes, medals and trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd placings so why not come along and see what you can win whilst raising funds for the Guide Dogs for the Blind Charity. It will be a Pawsome Day with Barking Good Fun for all the family.
