Next, we'll take you on a brief guided tour with tasters, designed to spark your creativity. Then comes the fun part: you'll select the botanicals to infuse your gin or rum with your own unique flavor. Once you're satisfied with your creation, we'll pour you a drink or cocktail featuring your freshly made spirit to ensure you love it. Finally, we'll bottle your spirit for you to enjoy or give as a gift!The best part? If you or someone else falls in love with your Welsh spirit, we'll keep your recipe on file under "The People’s Spirit" so you can recreate it in the future. Unleash your inner gin or rum maker and share your creation with the rest of Wales!
