Five-mile sponsored walk for Alzheimer's Support

Pull on your walking boots this World Alzheimer's Day and take part in Alzheimer's Support's A Walk to Remember on Sunday 21st SeptemberThe sponsored walk is a memorable day out for the whole family and every penny raised goes to support people affected by dementia in Wiltshire

Choose from two circular walks (five miles or one mile) both starting and finishing in the spectacular setting of Wilton House

We start with bacon butties and a fun group warm-up, then everyone walks at their own pace, with marshals on hand to keep us on track
Post walk celebrations include a medal for every finisher, live music and plenty of tea and cake at the finish line

Alzheimer's Support provides essential services to people living with dementia in Wiltshire, including Scots Lane day club in Salisbury and memory cafes, a singing group and movement groups in South WiltshireThe charity relies on fundraising to keep going, so taking part in the walk is a wonderful way to show suppoort

Whether you are walking to remember someone, to support people living with dementia or to have a great day out with friends, we'd love to see you
You can walk as a team, and there is a free wildlife picture trail for young explorers on the one-mile route
