We are delighted to offer a forest bathing event in the Woods at Oakley guided by the lovely Jola, an experienced facilitator who has written some beautiful bespoke meditations for usThe quintessentially British springtime scene of the enchanting bluebell forest floor provides a stunning backdrop for our event
Whilst the Woods at Oakley are an ancient woodland there are plenty of amenities including ample parking, toilets and gravel tracksIf it is a little chilly, we have a cosy fire pit to warm up by and a stretch canvas that we can use if the elements are against usWe will also provide a delicious plant based grazing buffet and some herbal tea if all the fresh air leaves you a little peckish
