The Sunday Car Boot / Sunday Market takes place at Doncaster Racecourse which is situated on the southern outskirts of the Town and comprises on average 350+ Car Booters and a 58 pitch Market.
The car boot provides the ideal opportunity for people to make money out of unwanted household goods including anything from old furniture, books to the kid“s clothes that they have out grown. It may no longer be of interest to you but with such a high turnout of people with a wide range of interests who are looking for what they see as bargains amongst other people“s bric-a-brac. Selling at the Car Boot could be the ideal way to earn some extra income.

Trading on the Car Boot /Sunday Market
Market traders can just turn up on the morning for 7am and approach the car boot entrance do not join the car boot queue. Inform the person on the gates you wish to stand as a casual and you will be pointed in the right direction. A Market Pitch is 21ft square and costs £20.00.
Car booters may have to turn up earlier and join the end of the queue leading from the racecourse gate down the straight mile. Pitches are allocated in a next car next pitch fashion. A car boot pitch is £7 or multiples of for parking sideways, trailers etc.
