Ash End House Childrens Farm Zoos

Ash End House Farm is a family owned farm which has been operating as a Children's Farm for over 24 years. Children visiting the farm, either with their family or in a group booking, are given food to feed the animals, hold a newly hatched chick or duckling and have a farm badge of their choice.

Lots of Undercover areas allow us to house many of our friendly farm animals indoors so your outing will not be spoilt by inclement weather, in fact, come on a rainy day and the farm will be quieter! Concrete walkways give wheelchair users access to all areas of the farm.

Slip into the Sheep Tunnel to meet 17 breeds of sheep with samples of fleece on our wool spinning display. "Make a Memento" craft corner is also housed here. Hop into the Hatchery to "chat to a chick" and have a newly hatched chick on your lap in a basket. You may meet Chirpy in there. Go to the Goat Building where we have ten breeds of goats and you can groom a guinea pig or brush a bunny.

Pig Trough Cafe is open daily from 10.30am to 4.30pm summer (out of season 10.30am to 2.30pm). You can choose from our large selection of adult and children's meals and look out for the days specials.
