Established in 1971, the Farm Park can be aptly described as a pageant of history on four legs. Alongside our serious aims of conservation and education, visitors of all ages will find themselves easily entertained. On display is an unrivalled collection of rare breeds of British farm animals including sheep, cattle, pigs, goats, horses, poultry and waterfowl.

Step into living history with our outdoor and indoor animal displays and daily demonstrations.

At the Cotswold Farm Park the 'Cotswold Lions' are still bred today, and no visit to the area would be complete without meeting the sheep that made the Cotswolds what you see today.

The Farm Park is regularly featured on television, including holiday programmes, The Really Wild Show and Absolutely Animals. We have supplied animals for two David Attenborough Natural History programmes, as well as period dramas and feature films including Emma, Clandestine Wedding, Middlemarch, The Hour of the Pig and Braveheart. We even have our own television celebrity, as Adam Henson, owner of the Farm Park, is also a presenter for the BBC Countryfile programme.

Experience the beauty of our Cotswold farm and stunning diversity of animals and plants by completing our Wildlife Walk. This is a trail that is about 2 miles long and can easily be completed in an hour. Arrows and information boards mark the route, and a Wildlife Walk leaflet is available from the Farm Park shop. For the less energetic there is a short walk of around 1 mile. You will see wonderful views across a rolling Cotswold landscape, shaped by generations of farmers over thousands of years.

The Cotswold Farm Park holds regular Fun Rides, where riders can bring along their own horses and enjoy 12 miles of Cotswold countryside. As part of a 1600 acre estate, the ride leads you through layback paddocks, along woodland tracks and skirts the edge of our arable fields, with over 50 optional jumps.

The Cotswold Farm Park is full of fun activities, which can be enjoyed whatever the weather. In our PLAY BARN, the ride-on battery operated tractors and self-propelled roller racers are a big hit for our 3-12 year olds, whilst outside for our younger visitors, the pedal tractors give toddlers a chance of tractor driving too.
