Hidden away in the heart of the Kent countryside, The Big Cat Sanctuary's aim is provide a future for endangered cats species of the world. The objectives are breeding, conservation, education and welfare - to provide the cats with the best possible environment, enrichment and care; to be actively involved in the European Endangered Species Breeding Programme (EEP); to make substantial contributions to global cat conservation projects and to ensure a future for wild cats by educating generations to come.
Open by appointment only for personal big cat experiences and events, visitors can tour the tranquil site hosting 50 residents, which includes African Lions, Sumatran Tigers, Jaguars, North Chinese Leopards, Snow Leopards and Cheetahs to name just a few.
