A FREE LIVE MUSIC EVENT AND PARTY!! MAKE NOISE PRESENTS: Very special live guests: Stealing Sheep + R.Seiliog + Mwstard + Heavenly
The tour features Heavenly Recordings very own Stealing Sheep and R.Seiliog, whilst the Cardiff date sees Make Noise join forces with Swn Festival for two very special events.The Make Noise manifesto remains the same: programming cutting edge electronic music events and making entry 100% FREE in exchange for a piece of electrical recycling. Party goers just need to bring something to hand over at the door; a broken mobile phone, hairdryer or laptop - anything with a plug or a battery! Since it began, Make Noise has packed out venues all round the UK and recycled tonnes of electronic waste.
The first date takes place on Friday 14th October when Make Noise heads to The Parrot Music Bar in Carmarthen. Nights follow at Le Pub in Newport on Friday 21st October, Clwb Y Bont in Pontypridd on Friday 11th November and Rummers Wine Bar in Aberystwyth on Saturday 12th November. All of the above dates will see headliners Stealing Sheep and R.Seiliog take to the stage.
Make Noise started in 2010, a unique partnership between European Recycling Platform (ERP) and Heavenly Recordings, the project has toured the country promoting the importance of recycling WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) to 18-25 year olds with help from the UK’s top DJs and producers. Bestival founder Rob Da Bank played the very first party alongside Jackmaster in London and since then The 2 Bears, Radio One’s Benji B, Boddika, JETS, SecondCity, Citizen, Martelo, Green-money, Kidnap Kid, DJ Die and many more have all performed at Make Noise events up and down the UK.
