This year’s Fair promises a bigger and better food and crafts marquee, hundreds of stalls showcasing all the best country sports, fashion and retail Scotland has to offer. There will be a range of great entertainment and children’s activities to ensure an ideal weekend for all the family.
The Fair’s arena shows are guaranteed to entertain with Bob Hogg’s Lamb National racing, Dog & Duck shows and Grant Bazin’s Horse Whispering as well as ever popular favourites that include gundog displays and our scurry provided by Galloway Gundogs.
People of all ages will also get the chance to learn all about fishing, with casting clinics and demonstrations available in the Fishing Village and with a special guest appearance by three-times World Spey Casting Champion, Gordon Armstrong.
Also returning this year is clay pigeon shooting, where eagle-eyed visitors can have a go at the sport over the course of the weekend.
