Symfunny is back! Returning to the Royal Albert Hall, bringing together amazing musicians and comedians for a night of music and comedy!
We are thrilled to announce Agnes Brown of multi award-winning international TV phenomenon Mrs. Brown's Boys and the UK's best selling Classical singer of last year, Aled Jones have joined our star studded bill.
Returning to the Symfunny stage and hosting this spectacular evening is stand-up comedian and star of the West End's Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Jason Manford.
This unique event will see Mrs Brown and Aled take to the iconic Royal Albert Hall stage alongside legendary member of The Who, Pete Townshend, multimillion selling and award-winning recording artist Katie Melua, the world's most successful musical theatre group Collabro and Parkinson's UK resident funny man Rob Deering.
Bringing the funny alongside Mrs Brown, Jason and Rob will be stars of BBC sitcom Josh - Josh Widdicombe and Jack Dee. Jack will be joined on stage by BBC Radio 4's I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue team who said, "We are delighted to join the fight against Parkinson's and play silly games in the magnificent setting of the Royal Albert Hall."
In an event like no other all of our acts will be accompanied by the specially created Symfunny Orchestra and Choir, featuring some of the best professional musicians and voices in the UK.
We also have a competition where one lucky winner will get the chance to conduct the Symfunny orchestra! You must have a ticket to enter, more details can be found on the website: https://www.parkinsons.org.uk/content/competition-conduct-symfunny-orchestra
All money raised will go into vital research to help us continue to develop new and better treatments for Parkinson's, and help us find a cure.
