History of Highwaymen Pub Talk Theatre & Performing Arts

history_of_highwaymen_pub_talk

History of London Highwaymen stories. Immersive and fun. Only one of it's kind in the city.

The talk covers the time when London was an interconnection of villages, when roads were in their infancy - of course, Dick Turpin is discussed, but so are others worthy of note. Learn about how these guys manipulated the press of the day and behaved at the time of their executions. Part of a series of ‘Talks’ being conducted in pubs across London about the cultural history of the city. Costume obligatory, but strongly advised. Enough material for a hundred dinner party anecdotes. Interesting Talks for Thinkers and Drinkers.
