Following on from the success of the Festival’s previous Jazz Brunch and art class livestreams, the next instalment is a cookery class hosted by 2018 MasterChef: The Professional’s contestant Ian Samuels.
For the class, Ian has set a menu of texture of cauliflower soup to start; beef fillet with caramelized shallots, parsnips, cauliflower purée and micro cress as the main; and will finish with a light cheesecake for dessert.

Barratt London’s Festival of Culture will conclude two weeks after the cookery class with a carol concert performed by members of London youth choir Invicta Voices on Sunday 13th December at 11am.
