On Sunday 20 August 2017, join us for The Great British Prom to pay tribute to British music from across the four nations, closing with a spectacular firework display!The National Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Anthony Inglis, make their debut at Knebworth House to celebrate British music. They will be joined by Classical Brit Award winning Welsh male vocal group Only Men Aloud, Soprano Annette Wardell and a traditional piped band.
Join us for a tour through the home nations, beginning in England with songs such as the Dam Busters March, through Ireland for Danny Boy, Bread of Heaven in Wales, and the Flower of Scotland for our final nation.
Further iconic tracks will include Swing Low Sweet Chariot, You’ll Never Walk Alone and a selection from Oliver, concluding with traditional Proms favourites and a spectacular firework display.
A magnum of champagne will be awarded for the best dressed British iconic character!
