3 day Summit bringing together the global media industry to define the future for children's content in a digital age.
Today’s children are the first generation to grow up in a fully digital world. Every morning, children across the globe wake up to a wave of new content, opinions and ideas, bringing opportunities and challenges different to anything that has come before. Content producers, technology providers and policy makers must make sure that children are able to ride that wave, not be washed away by it. Now is the time to come together and make the next set of big decisions needed to ensure children's media remains pivotal in the lives of young audiences for another generation.
Five themes; innovation, freedom, empowerment, entertainment and education will inform the sessions at the summit, all of which are trying to answer one big question, what role can, and should, media play in the lives of children across the globe?
The Children’s Global Media Summit 2017 will gather the people who have the power to make change; from policy makers, digital platforms, content providers, games companies and producers of entertainment, news, sport, educational and children’s media.
The sessions will be a mixture of keynote speeches, masterclasses, debates and workshops featuring some of the biggest names across media, politics and digital industries including CEO’s, thought leaders, global innovators and creative visionaries.
If you want a part in helping shape a better digital world for kids, then get in touch.
