TV COMEDIAN COMES TO NORTHAMPTON
Funhouse Comedy is back at the Walnut Tree Inn, Blisworth on Thursday June 26th for more fun and laughter
Topping the bill is the energetic and satirical writer and comedian Geoff Norcott who recently won a BBC Radio and Music Award for Best Comedy Production and has many TV credits to his name, including Live at The Apollo (BBC 2), The Mash Report (BBC2), Question Time (BBC2) and Comedy Bigmouths (C5)He delivers an eclectic mix of dark material, impressions and politics with a confident smile and optimismHis shrewd standpoints on life make his anecdotes extremely captivating and leave his audiences wanting for more
Opening the night will be Matt Bragg a master of delivery, with timing that keeps you hanging on the edge and then on the edge againHis dry humour and subtle anecdotes leave the audience listening intently wanting more of the cool, calm, and collected comedianThe son of television warm-up man Bobby Bragg, Matt has been performing stand-up all over the country at some of the largest clubs in the UK, doing warm-up shows with Ricky Gervais and supporting Harry Hill
Also appearing is Jo Frank with her unique brand of weird and wonderful humour
Completing the line-up will be Dylan Dodds, Watford's favourite idiot mixing creative observations and tales of his humdrum life
Compere for the night is James Cook with his sharp tongue and dry sense of humour he previously worked as a presenter on commercial radio stations, went on air with A-ha and presented Lenny Henry with his 'Walk of Fame'
