Funhouse Comedy Club is back at Chester House Estate, Wellingborough on Friday October 3rd for a laughter-packed night
Topping the bill is the somewhat cynical and gloomy Mike Gunn, who despite this has the ability to get the crowd on his side, however far he pushes! In his first Edinburgh Festival Show, he appeared as a funeral director! He has appeared on numerous TV programmes, including Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow (BBC1), Celebrity Deal or no Deal (CH 4), and Harry Hill's TV Burp (ITV)He has also been a contributor for The Guardian and written for Time Out, The List and Match of the Day Magazine and was support for Lee Mack on a huge theatre tour
Opening the night will be the original and inventive comedy writer and comedian Dan Evans, who has been performing stand-up comedy internationally for over ten yearsHis twisted logic and silly but playful material is delivered in low-key conversational styleHis inspiration comes from daft, semi-surreal time-wasting
Also appearing is plummy, funny and firey, Diane Spencer, an award-winning comedian with a rapidly growing YouTube channel of over 10K subscribers and 1 million viewsShe has performed worldwide including The Laugh Factory and world famous Improv (LA), received critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe festival and appeared on several TV programmes including Red Light Comedy Live from Amsterdam
