The Ride London 100 is part of the yearly London festival of cycling, and a major event in the Action for M.E. calendar. Every year our riders take to the streets surrounded by thousands of other riders to help raise funds and awareness for a little understood, life stealing Neurological condition affecting approximately 250,000 men, women and children in the UK.The deadline for charity places in the 2017 race has now passed, however if you already have a place and want to fundraise we'd love to have you as part of our team!
Every team member will receive a free fundraising pack, advice and support from the Action for M.E. fundraising team as well as tips and encouragement from our other fundraisers and supporters.
The race takes place on the 30th of July and we'd love to see you there with us.
You can also apply for a place in our 2018 team and we'll contact you as soon as we can confirm your place.

What is M.E.?
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) is a long-term (chronic), fluctuating, neurological condition that causes symptoms affecting many body systems, more commonly the nervous and immune systems.
People with M.E. experience severe, persistent fatigue associated with post-exertional malaise, the body’s inability to recover after expending even small amounts of energy, leading to a flare-up in symptoms. For a quarter of people, their symptoms are so severe they leave them house or bedbound sometimes for years at a time.
As of yet there is no cure for M.E. and little is known about the causes or underlying biology of this condition.
You can find out more about M.E. and our work at www.actionforme.org.uk
