Our data is shaping our politics, our social interactions, our spending habits and ultimately our sense of self.
We are at the beginning of asking, will we hand over control for an easier life or will we unplug? You are invited to use your mobile phone to interact with David throughout this live contemporary dance performance. Using your mobile phone you become the creator, the experimenter and the observer. By inputting data David and the world around David ultimately becomes a reflection of you and the decisions you make. Only with your input can David become truly human. What will your David look like?
2015/2016 ‘The BENCH’ Choreographer awardee, Rebecca Evans, collaborates with interactive designers, Indivisible Arts, to bring David into being. With beautiful, original music and sound by Ehud Freedman, DAVID promises a memorable and moving experience for all ages and backgrounds.
Please do not let a lack of mobile device stop you from enjoying DAVID, EPOQ has additional devices for those that need them.
