Chief of dance-floor psychedelia & part-time Divided Love party curator Daniel Avery makes his long awaited trip to us this winter, guaranteed to bring his heady mix of atmospheric techno, acid and electronica to the basement.
The British artist made firm footsteps, emerging from Scutton Street Studio in 2013 having produced what is now considered one of the best LP’s of the last decade, the Phantasy Sound released Drone Logic. Avery went on to task a series of fellow producers to remix his debut album, calling upon the esteemed likes of Roman Flügel, Rødhåd, Volte-Face, Silent Servant to re-work tunes, this year sees a remix for Erol’s recent Beyond The Wizard’s Sleeve release, with new material from himself soon come.
We also take the pleasure of having Apeiron Crew affiliate Courtesy warm up the club-room beforehand, bringing her self-termed “spacecraft techno” to the basement. Tough sounds and spacious rhythms anticipated throughout...
