In an effort to promote harmony, foster understanding, and build bridges between diverse communities, our local mosque, Baitul Ghafoor Mosque (224 Long Lane, Halesowen, West Midlands, B62 9JT) at Halesowen, is set to host an inspiring interfaith eventThe event promises a day filled with educational exhibitions, guided mosque tours, and a friendly match between faith groupsWe extend a warm invitation to the public to attend this event and discover the beauty of interfaith dialogue first-hand

The interfaith event is scheduled to take place on 18th November 2023 at 2pm and will feature an immersive exhibition showcasing the rich culture and traditions of various faithsThe exhibition aims to cultivate understanding, dispel misconceptions, and promote a spirit of unity among attendees

One of the highlights of the day will be guided tours of the mosque, led by knowledgeable volunteers who will share insights into Islamic worship and the significance of the mosque within the Muslim communityMosque tours will provide a chance for participants to learn about Islamic beliefs, practices, and the pivotal role that prayer plays in the lives of MuslimsVisitors are encouraged to ask questions and engage in conversations with the guides to further enhance their understanding
