The Maritime Museum is housed in the early 19th Century Clock House, a fully restored Grade II listed building and depicts the various aspects of the maritime heritage of East Kent. Start your visit at the Maritime Museum at Ramsgate's unique Royal Harbour and discover a surprising link with the Titanic, or go for a quick dip in the sea at Margate Museum, in the centre of the Old Town. North Foreland Lighthouse and Preston Court Oast House (Preston Services) - with its working Steam Beam Engine are also open for group visits, seasonal and special events.
